Susan Cooper

Susan joined Watermans in November 2025 as a Senior Sales Negotiator following on from her previous role in a well known property business. Before that, Susan had a career break to raise her 4 children, so has come into the property market later in life. This was a complete career change for Susan and she says she has not looked back since!

"It is an extremely rewarding job. I’ve always had a passion for property, anytime I travel I’ll always do a bit of digging into the local property market! The opportunity to join Watermans this year was an exciting one. I was attracted to the culture of the company, their company values and great team spirit – and for the short time I have been here I have to mention what an extremely friendly, professional bunch of people they are!

"Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends. With 4 children, 2 dogs and a cat, I have a very busy life! I love travelling and eating out (always up for trying new places) and when I get the time, some tennis, paddle boarding and reading – doing all preferably in warmer climates!"

"I am very much a people person and enjoy providing that personal service from start to finish and building relationships with both our Sellers and Buyers and everyone else along the way. Buying and selling your home is one of the most stressful and exciting times in your life so it is very rewarding being on that journey with them - knowing you are playing a crucial role provides a lovely sense of achievement."
