Having excellent organisational and time-management skills is a must, and previous customer service experience would be beneficial.

About the role
As an Office Administrator at Watermans, your main responsibilities will include
- Supporting the wider team by completing general administrative duties, including scanning and archiving files
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting clients and completing other general reception duties
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Completing data entry tasks using our claim management system
This position is a full-time role based in our Edinburgh office. The salary for this role is competitive and includes access to our private healthcare scheme.
