What are my best options when selling my home?

If you already own a property and are looking to buy a new home, you have a few different options. Our friendly, experienced estate agency team can talk you through these options before you decide what’s best for you and your situation.

If you have found your dream home, but have yet to put your current property on the market, don’t worry. You can submit a Note of Interest on the new property while you get your current home on the market, meaning your dream property can’t be sold without you being notified and given a chance to put an offer in. When you receive an offer on your current property, you can then put an offer in on the new one. You can also submit an offer on a property subject to the sale of yours, or with a long entry date, giving you ample opportunity to sell your house first.
