Kathy Miller

Kathy joined Watermans as a Legal Executive in the Conveyancing team in 2024. She has a specialist paralegal qualification in commercial conveyancing, with experience in commercial purchases and leases, transfers of business and residential property investment. Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, Kathy has over 30 years’ experience of providing legal advice to the Chinese community in Scotland. A member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists since 2010, she also provides professional Chinese business translation services for individuals and business professionals.
