Stuart Fraser

Before joining Watermans as a Senior Solicitor in May 2022, Stuart had acquired significant experience dealing with personal injury claims. In particular, Stuart has dealt with a high volume of claims arising from employer’s liability, public liability, and occupier’s liability, together with claims arising from medical negligence, road traffic accidents, fatal accidents, defective products, from accidents occurring while abroad and from crimes of violence. Stuart has wide experience of appearing in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland, as well as instructing counsel in the Court of Session.

“Away from the office, I enjoy the outdoor life. I play my ‘own brand` of golf at Western Gailes. I enjoy working in the garden and walks on the beach, and spending time with friends and family. I confess to being partial to the occasional glass of red wine.”
