Daniel Clark

Daniel worked as a trainee for a civil engineering firm in his late teens, and found the most interesting part of the job to be attending site visits for residential properties and having the opportunity to speak to homeowners. On finishing his Civil Engineering degree in Edinburgh, Daniel joined the estate agency team at Watermans before beginning his role as a Purchase Negotiator in July 2025.

"I haven't been at Watermans very long, but my favourite part of the role so far is being able to communicate with and get to know clients. Being able to feel like you are helping someone and trying every avenue to assist them is an important aspect for me when it comes to work."
