Daniel Clark
Estate Agency Administrator
Daniel worked as a trainee for a civil engineering firm in his late teens, and found the most interesting part of the job to be attending site visits for residential properties and having the opportunity to speak to homeowners. On finishing his Civil Engineering degree in Edinburgh, Daniel joined Watermans in 2025 as an Estate Agency Administrator.
"I joined Watermans at the beginning of 2025 as I believed the role aligned with my career goals. I am glad I made that decision; it feels rewarding to be part of a team that is doing their best for their clients."
"I enjoy socialising with friends whenever possible, and trying new things when it comes to outings. Obscure pop culture trivia is my forte; I'm always chiming in with some useless knowledge when the opportunity arises!"
Best Thing About Your Job
"I haven't been at Watermans very long, but my favourite part of the role so far is being able to communicate with and get to know clients. Being able to feel like you are helping someone and trying every avenue to assist them is an important aspect for me when it comes to work."
Glad I Used Watermans
"I was recommended to use Watermans when selling my property and I'm absolutely glad I was. The entire team were brilliant from the start to completion, they kept me updated at all stages and gave me good advice throughout."
