Colin joined Watermans in 2006 and has spent more than two decades helping the firm evolve and grow. After leading the Finance team for many years, he now oversees the firm's operations, ensuring the people, technology and processes behind the scenes work together to deliver the best possible experience for clients and colleagues alike.

He believes the best operations are the ones nobody notices. Whether improving systems, leading change or removing obstacles, Colin's focus is on creating an environment where talented people can do their best work without unnecessary complexity getting in the way.

Known for his calm approach and dry sense of humour, Colin enjoys turning complex challenges into practical solutions and is always looking for ways to make things simpler, smarter and more effective.
