Heather Tierney

Heather joined the Watermans team at a newly qualified Solicitor in 2013. She has gained significant experience as a personal injury solicitor and is now an Associate. She trained in civil litigation and has specialised exclusively in personal injury since 2012. Heather has a breadth of experience pursuing personal injury court proceedings across Scotland, having conducted hearings across the central belt. Heather has extensive experience in all types of personal injury cases including criminal injuries, medical/dental negligence, road traffic cases, employer’s liability, occupiers’ liability, and public liability claims. A confident negotiator, Heather fights to achieve the best possible settlements for every client.

"In my spare time I love movies, stand-up comedy and amateur dramatics/musical theatre. Since graduating from University I have been a volunteer with Victim Support Scotland where I assist victims of violent crime."
