Scott Whyte

Scott joined Watermans in October 2010 and became Managing Director in January 2014. He has specialised in personal injury law since qualifying as a solicitor and has a wide range of experience in representing clients involved in road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public liability, occupiers’ liability, and product liability claims.

Scott has particular expertise in dealing with serious and fatal injury claims and together with the rest of the team, works to ensure that accident victims and their families receive the compensation they deserve at the time when they need it most.

"Outside of work, I train regularly at Lochend Boxing Club and play football in an attempt to try and keep fit. I also love to cook, travel and watch movies (in no particular order of preference!)."
