Morgan Thomson

Morgan has had a varied career to date, with roles including site coordinator, mobile tech expert, team leader, and supply chain support manager. Her new role as Personal Assistant at Watermans will allow her to continue utilising her expert organisational and people skills that she has honed over the years.

Morgan says: “I’ve always enjoyed working with people, being organised and helping things to run smoothly. I spent a number of years at Sky, where I gained a lot of experience working in a busy environment, managing different priorities and people across the business. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in in my new role at Watermans, and embrace new learnings and opportunities with open arms.”

“No two days are ever exactly the same in this career. I like being busy, having multiple things to work on at one time, and being able to organise, problem solve and help other people along the way, especially when everyone is working towards the same goal.”

What do you get up to outside of work?

"Outside of work, most of my time is spent with my family. I’m a mum of five, so life is definitely never boring! I love spending time with my husband and the kids, getting out and about and making memories together."

"I’m also really involved in my daughter’s dancing, so a lot of our weekends are spent at dance competitions and events cheering her on. I’ve always enjoyed taking photos and videos of family life, which is actually what inspired me to start my own content creation business."

"I love being creative, whether that’s taking photos and videos, coming up with new content ideas or working on something for my business. Outside of that, I enjoy going out with friends and family, travelling when we can and generally making the most of our time together."
