Kelly has always had a keen interest in everything "organising", saying
"My first role after school was with local government where I assisted with organising all sorts of events from the Alloa Half Marathon to a year-long Millennium-funded program of events, before departing that job as a Programme Development Assistant. Following this, I moved on to working as a District PA in the healthcare industry across all of Scotland and as far south as Lincolnshire, before settling in a job for a decade as an Executive Assistant in the construction industry."
Fast forward to 2026, and Kelly has joined the legal industry as an Executive Assistant to Watermans Managing Director, Scott.
"As you can tell, I love organising and making sure that everything runs smoothly! My role at Watermans will see me supporting the MD and the leadership team by bringing structure. I always have a list, I'm sure they will get used to that soon!"
