It’s an exciting day for this Musselburgh-based family, who have just discovered they are the winners of our exciting “Sell Your Home for Free” campaign.
Kim and Abi Wingate recently listed and sold their Musselburgh property with our estate agency team at Watermans. Situated in a convenient location on North High Steet, their 2-bed duplex sold last month for 25% above the home report value, after less than seven days on the market. As if that wasn’t good enough news, Kim and Abi have just found out that they will be saving more than £5,000, as the winners of our “Sell Your Home for Free” campaign.

All properties listed with us between 1st of January and the 31st of March were entered into a draw for this fantastic prize, and the Wingate Family, consisting of Kim, Abi, their son Ocean and dog, Solo were the lucky winners.

Speaking in Musselburgh today, our Head of Property Sales Tzana Webster caught up with Kim and Abi to chat to them about their win.
Before they discovered their good fortune, Tzana asked the couple what it would mean to the family if they were to win this prize, and more importantly, what they would spend the money on!
“Winning this competition would be unbelievable. It would be such a financial break. Selling and moving house can be pricey, and a lot of pressure, and it would give us a bit of breathing space. Well, a huge amount of breathing space!”
