Estate agency team bags bronze for customer service in Scotland

After grabbing a Gold Award for Glasgow in the local stages of the competition last year, our Estate Agency Team took on the other local winners in Scotland for the regional stage of the British Property Awards. Proudly walking away with the Bronze Award.

The British Property Awards, which launched in 2016, pride themselves on providing a useful award for the consumer that can be trusted and used as part of their decision-making process. Thousands of estate agents throughout the UK are automatically entered and judged over several months to ensure continuity and stability. Mystery shoppers are used and the estate agents are assessed against a 25-point set of criteria, focusing on outstanding customer service.
