Meet our Sell Your Home for Free Winners!
Victoria, her daughter Teddie and their dog Charlie were surprised this week, as we met with them to tell them that they were the lucky winners of our Sell Your Home for Free competition for 2023.
Victoria listed her 2 bedroom top floor Edinburgh flat for sale with Watermans on the 15th of March, and was entered into a draw to win the sale of her property – completely free of charge!
As winners, the Edinburgh-based family won’t have to pay any estate agency or legal fees for the sale. The prize also includes the marketing pack, photography, Home Report, floor plans, brochures, registration, notice and IT management – all completely free of charge!
Speaking to our Director of Property Sales, Tzana Webster, Victoria was shocked to hear about her win.

There was a lot of interest in the Edinburgh property, and after 35 viewings the flat was under offer less than 2 weeks after being listed. The sale was completed with the property achieving 15% over the Home Report value – and winning our competition was the icing on the cake for the family. Victoria found the sale process completely straightforward, saying
