Watermans looks to the future on Arran
When Alistair and Darren Lee joined Watermans in May 2022 the goal was to expand our property offering throughout Scotland, and boy oh boy have they done just that! You’ll find Darren, his wife Jennifer, and Dave the Bulldog, on Arran most weeks (especially at The Glenisle where Watermans customers receive a 20% discount). Whilst Alistair leads the ever-growing team in Glasgow and Edinburgh to great success.
Newcomer and Arran local, Tim Griffin, has settled in well and is committed to completing property valuations 7 days a week on the island. He is a great addition to the team with a whopping 30 years of industry experience under his belt. Eve Fraser, Estate Agency Administrator and the cheery voice you’ll hear answering the phone, who joined the team in 2023, recently completed her QA Apprenticeship and was rewarded with a full-time permanent position with Watermans.
Heather Gweneth Bird, who has sold two properties with Watermans, including one on Arran, said,

Reflecting on the past two years, Alistair said,
“It’s been a fantastic time at Watermans so far. Bringing Tim on was a particular highlight, as he’s local to the island and it added another string to our bow. Working so closely with our conveyancing team allows us to deliver a quick, straightforward process whilst maintaining the personability of having an island based team.”
