To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 years’ experience in a Private Client Solicitor role or have completed a Private Client focused traineeship. About the Role
As a Legal Secretary at Watermans, your responsibilities will include
- Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and paralegals within the conveyancing team
- Transcribing dictation from a digital dictation system
- Production of accurate, timely and professionally presented documentation
- Scanning, allocating, filing, photocopying and archiving legal paperwork
- Managing files on our case management system
- Handling telephone calls including liaising with clients and other professional contacts
- Supporting solicitors and paralegals with diary management, including organising meetings
The salary for this role is competitive and includes access to private healthcare. This position can be part or full time and based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
