People Assistant Vacancy
The Short of it
We are recruiting for a People Assistant to join our team in Leith!
This role will be on a part-time basis (minimum of 14 hours a week) for a minimum of 12 months.
If you are a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is keen to learn and develop, this could be the role for you.
About you
Applicants for the position of People Assistant must have a grounding in HR and a basic understanding of UK employment law. You must share our friendly and approachable personality and aspire to look for new and creative solutions whilst delivering consistent results.

About the role

As a People Assistant, you will support with recruitment and onboarding activities and general people administration tasks. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to firm-wide people projects.
The FTE salary for this role is £23,500 and will be calculated pro-rata based on the number of hours worked.
We offer a flexible, hybrid working scheme with working hours split between office and home working.

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will manage your own caseload of files, from the start to the completion of the transaction. Only those with at least one years’ worth of experience will be considered for this position.
The salary for this role is competitive and based upon your previous experience. You will also have access to our company bonus scheme and private healthcare.
