Applicants for the position of Purchase Negotiator will have previous experience in a client-facing role, and be effective, confident communicators. Suitable applicants would include those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

About the role
As a Purchase Negotiator at Watermans, your responsibilities will include
- Being the first point of contact for queries from clients and prospective clients
- Handling telephone calls to the department, including liaising with clients and other third parties
- Production of accurate, timely and professionally presented documents
- Submitting notes of interest and offers on behalf of clients
- Negotiating property purchases for clients
- Allocating cases to solicitors and paralegals within agreed timeframes
- Managing files on our case management system
- Maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the requirements of the firm and GDPR
- Completion of any other duties as requested by your line manager or other more senior colleagues within the firm
The salary for this role is competitive and includes access to private healthcare. This position is a full-time role based in our Glasgow office, with hybrid working options available.
