Phil Mowat

Phil joined Watermans in September 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the property market, particularly in property purchases and renovation projects across East Lothian and Edinburgh.

Prior to joining Watermans, Phil built his own business in Edinburgh for 10 years before concentrating full time on Estate Agency in 2017, most recently as a Property Consultant in East Lothian.
