Valerie began her working life as a lifeguard before working for a number of years with Registers of Scotland, which piqued her interest in conveyancing.

She started studying in her mid-40's before passing her exams in 2019. Valerie has since gained valuable and practical conveyancing experience working in Scottish legal firms, before joining Watermans in November 2024.

"Outside of work, I enjoy going to the theatre and can usually be found choosing what shows I want to see! I also enjoy reading, holidaying and generally enjoying the quiet life."
