Caron began her career in the industry in 1991 as a Secretary with Wright & Co. Originally, the post was to cover for a friend, Louise Stenhouse, whilst she was on maternity. Caron completed her Paralegal course shortly thereafter. Caron joined Watermans in 2024 which is quite poetic as they bought over Wright & Co a few years ago - Louise is again her colleague!
