Lindsey Garrad

Lindsey has a background in hospitality where she managed restaurants, but a few years ago she left this industry to pursue a career in property.  Lindsey says she wishes she had done this 10 years ago as she is loving every minute in her role as a Sales Negotiator with Watermans, a position she secured in summer 2022. Lindsey has a passion to embark on property valuations, and is looking forward to progressing in her career.

"I love walking everywhere so I will often go for walks with friends and their dogs on the weekends. I absolutely love cooking at home so every week I will be in the kitchen cooking big meals - and I will most likely always have a cocktail to hand! I love a good movie whether I am curled up on the sofa or at the cinema and I have always been keen on music so will frequently have a boogie with friends (mostly in the kitchen)."

"I absolutely love being part of the process of selling people’s homes and giving them advice on the best way to secure a sale. I love hearing from viewers what they loved about a property and help setting them up with all the right people so they are ready and prepared to place an offer on the properties we bring to market.

It has been so easy to settle into the company as everyone is so lovely and friendly and we are all so focused at getting the job done."
