Caroline joined Watermans in April 2019, having previously worked in commercial and HR roles in the retail and charitable sectors.

Caroline completed her degree in Business Management and HR at Stirling University prior to achieving an MSc in Human Resource Management at Napier University. Caroline is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

"When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outside with my family and our dog, Harris. I'm a supporter of Edinburgh Rugby and the national team and a follower of Formula 1."
