Watermans Opens New Office in Dunfermline

Firm builds on success with expansion to fourth Scottish site

Law firm and estate agent Watermans is expanding, with the company announcing the opening of their fourth Scottish location in Dunfermline. The newly renovated office is located in Pitreavie Business Park in the south of the city and represents a significant six-figure investment for the firm, reinforcing their continued commitment to delivering straightforward legal advice to clients across Scotland.

The office opened at the beginning of this year following an extensive refurbishment, with the expansion expected to create various employment opportunities across legal and support functions, as well as becoming a new home for some of the teams’ current Fifers.

Managing Director of Watermans, Scott Whyte, said: “Expanding our operations into Dunfermline is an exciting move for us. We’ve made a significant investment in securing this location and it will provide our team with a great workspace to serve our growing client base.

“Dunfermline and the surrounding area has expanded significantly in recent years and is becoming ‘home’ to an increasing number of people every year, including many of our existing team members. That was a big driver behind this move as it provides an opportunity for us both to grow the business and provide our team with a greater work-life balance by reducing their commute.

What will Watermans bring to the local area in Dunfermline?

“We bring a different brand of legal services to the more traditional model of law firm that is currently on offer in the area. I am excited at the opportunities that lie ahead for us to support individuals and businesses in Dunfermline and the surrounding area with their legal and estate agency needs.”

Our Managing Director

“I’m regularly told that I don’t seem like the average solicitor – and that makes me happy. Who aspires to be average? What makes me different is that I put myself in my client’s shoes and aim to find solutions to their needs and situations. I work side by side with them to ensure that we achieve the best outcome possible.“

Scott Whyte, Managing Director
