Kirsty says her path to joining Watermans has been shaped by both her experience and her values, and brings with her exceptional customer service skills to ensure Watermans delivers time and time again for both Sellers and Buyers in the market.

After 11 years of working in the industry and progressing from a Sales Consultant to a Negotiator then onto Management, I had the opportunity to create a hands-on, supportive and hardworking approach to Management. Over time, I became increasingly focused on finding an organisation whose values aligned with my own.
