Child Abuse Claims

We appreciate that being a survivor of childhood abuse – or the parent, partner or carer of a survivor – can mean a distressing recovery process. Sometimes it can leave survivors feeling like they have nowhere to turn, and nobody to talk to. That’s where we can offer some help.

We can help survivors find closure, and get back control of their life with the help of financial compensation. We can also point you in the right direction of support organisations that can offer specialised advice to help survivors deal with the physical and emotional scars resulting from child abuse.

By definition, child abuse is any action that harms a child. It can be anything from emotional, to physical or sexual abuse, to online abuse, or neglect. Whatever your case, you can be safe in the knowledge that we will handle it with complete sensitivity, understanding, and absolute confidentiality.

We understand that you might feel some trepidation in making a child abuse compensation claim, especially with worries about facing an abuser in court. Our experience has shown that most claims are settled out of court. Even if you do have to appear, we’ll be there to represent and support you at every single stage.

Your recovery is our priority

And even if the abuse happened a long time ago, you may still be able to make a claim. We have expertise in helping survivors claim historical sexual abuse compensation for abuse that happened years ago.

You are not alone

Whatever your circumstances, you are not alone – our dedicated team are here to help and and have deep knowledge and experience of how to deal with the complexities and sensitivities involved. The first step is to contact either David or Heather who will be able to give you an indication of what you might be entitled to claim for.

If you have any questions visit our FAQ area. Our team are also on hand to help you with any questions and can start your compensation claim as soon as you are ready.
