Enjoying a prime position on a luxury, family-run holiday park on the Isle of Arran, this brand-new ABI Keswick static caravan (28ft x 12ft) boasts spectacular, uninterrupted views over Lamlash Bay and the Holy Isle. Situated on Plot 54, the caravan benefits from a desirable wraparound composite deck with sleek glass and metal balustrades, offering the perfect setting to sit outside and take in the breath-taking scenery. The park, which is exclusively owner-occupied, is open from the beginning of March to the end of October, providing eight months of the year to enjoy this outstanding location.
Approached via steps leading to the decked veranda, the main entrance opens into a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, where shaped bay windows frame magnificent outlooks across Lamlash Bay towards the Holy Isle. The living space is light-filled and features an electric fire, fixed dinette seating, and scatter cushions for added comfort, making it ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
The kitchen presents a stylish and practical layout, fitted with modern turquoise wall and base cabinets paired with attractive wooden countertops. A south-facing window behind the sink floods the space with natural light, while a sleek gas hob with externally vented powered hood allows for easy cooking. Additional cabinetry on the opposite wall neatly houses a freestanding fridge/freezer and integrated microwave.
The principal bedroom is situated to the west side of the caravan, providing a double bedroom with built-in storage and a dressing area. The second bedroom offers twin accommodation, also benefiting from a bright, south-facing window. Both bedrooms are finished with high-quality fabric headboards and Crib 5 mattresses, ensuring comfort throughout.
A modern shower room completes the accommodation, incorporating a shower cubicle, wash basin with mirror, WC, and an extractor fan for ventilation. The caravan is equipped with central heating, double glazing, and sits on a fully galvanised chassis with durable PVC cladding for low maintenance. Additional features include USB charging points, soft-close kitchen units, and carpet underlay throughout.
Externally, the composite decking wraps around the north and east sides of the caravan, providing ample space for alfresco dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks—all whilst soaking up the truly remarkable, uninterrupted views of the Holy Isle and the surrounding bay. Residents parking is available.

Area description:
This static caravan is in a very popular and elevated location in the relaxed, coastal village of Lamlash, which lies on the eastern aspect of the Isle of Arran, a popular island off the west coast of Scotland. The village of Lamlash has two hotels (The Glenisle & Lamlash Bay Hotel), two pubs (The Pierhead Tavern (PHT) & The Drift Inn), The Green Tea & Restaurant (Within Lamlash Golf Club), a local church, a newsagents, a chemist, medical centre, the only hospital on the island and the refurbished Co-op. Brodick, Arran’s main town, has two larger Co-Op supermarkets and a full range of professional services. Brodick is the port from which regular sailings throughout the day, serviced by Caledonian MacBrayne, lead to the mainland at Ardrossan/Troon. Commuters and travellers now benefit from Road Equivalent Tarrif (RET) ferry fares, which are substantially lower than before. Ardrossan & Troon both have a main line rail station, with trains to Glasgow that connect with the ferry times, and is approximately 30 miles from Glasgow City Centre. Prestwick International Airport is 16 miles to the south of Ardrossan, with Glasgow International Airport 24 miles east of Ardrossan. The Primary school, nursery and the only High School and Gym Campus are situated within walking distance and further Primary schooling is available in Corrie, Brodick and Whiting Bay. A frequent bus service runs around and across the island and, at Lochranza, there is the ferry terminus that allows quick access to the stunning West of Scotland via Claonaig. Kintyre here we come!
