About you
As Head of Private Client at Watermans, you will share our passion for making legal services as transparent and easy to understand as possible for our clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, and strong leadership and management skills are essential as you oversee and develop the Private Client department.
To be considered for this position, you will have at least 3 years’ PQE in a Private Client role.

- prior experience in a litigation role, with a background in personal injury, road traffic accidents, employer liability or medical negligence.

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be responsible for your own high-volume caseload, and are required to attend Court as necessary.

- Supporting the wider team by completing general administrative duties, including scanning and archiving files
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting clients and completing other general reception duties
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Completing data entry tasks using our claim management system
